Applicable to Edit Curve and every ShopifySys theme demo using this storefront. Merchants replace this copy in Shopify Admin → Settings → Policies.
Agreement
By using Edit Curve (this Shopify storefront), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy, Shipping, and Refund policies. If you disagree, do not place an order.
Products & pricing
We aim for accurate photos, descriptions, and prices. Errors may be corrected before fulfillment; we’ll notify you if an order cannot be completed as placed.
Accounts
You’re responsible for account credentials and for orders placed under your account. Notify us of unauthorized use promptly.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, scrape content at scale, attempt checkout fraud, or violate applicable law. We may refuse or cancel orders that appear abusive.
Intellectual property
Theme design, copy, and media remain the property of their respective owners. Product images and brand marks belong to the merchant or licensed partners.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Edit Curve is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the store. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the merchant’s stated jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protections say otherwise. Disputes should first be raised with store support.
